Welcome to the Sarah Coughlin State Farm Agency!

Since becoming a State Farm agent in 2010, I’ve had the opportunity to help individuals and families prepare for the unexpected and explore their insurance options. Our agency offers a range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Business, Life, Disability, and Health Insurance. We’re proud to serve customers in the Lakeway area and throughout our local community.

I grew up in Florida, but my family moved around with my mom’s State Farm career before eventually settling in Spokane, Washington, where she had her agency. I later attended Hillsdale College in Michigan, and those experiences helped shape my appreciation for community, service, and the insurance profession.

Today, my family and I live in Dandridge, Tennessee. Life outside the office keeps me busy in the most blessed ways. I enjoy traveling, staying active, horseback riding, cheering on Tennessee football, and, most of all, following my kids to their various sports.

That love of family and community is also a big part of what first inspired me to become an insurance agent. I grew up watching my mom work in the industry and eventually had the opportunity to work in her office. Seeing the difference she made in people’s lives showed me that this career could be about much more than insurance. I felt like I could genuinely make a positive impact on people’s lives, and that is what continues to inspire me today.

That same commitment to helping people shapes the way we build relationships with our customers. We make it a priority to stay connected and keep up with the things that are important to them. We communicate with customers in the ways they prefer, including text, and regularly review their insurance needs so we can continue to learn about their lives and answer their questions.

We also believe in continuing to learn and staying informed so we can provide customers with helpful information and make their insurance experience easier to understand. Our team brings years of experience and a genuine commitment to serving the people who come to us with their insurance needs.

Being part of our local community is just as important to us. We’re proud to support causes and organizations throughout the area, including Isaiah 1:17 House, Stepping Out Ministries, and local youth sports teams. Supporting the people and organizations that make our community special is something we’re grateful to be a part of.
